Rad Experts Policies, Terms & Conditions

Any access or use of RadExperts.com constitutes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions on your behalf. Acceptance means you will be bound to the terms in this agreement and any provisions made in the future. Rad Experts has the right to amend their Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time. It is your sole responsibility to check back frequently for updates and changes.

Payment and Refund Policy

We strive to exceed expectations for each of our customers in a fair and efficient manner by providing quality products and services. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, credit, or refund. Please contact us at 1-262-227-2341 for personal service. Packages must be returned in freight paid in original packaging and in resalable condition. Restock charges may apply based on the returned condition.

We strive to have the highest quality training classes available. Therefore, we encourage early sign-up for any class selected; customers will not be deemed officially in the class until full payment is received. All payments for training classes must be received prior to the beginning date of the class. Refunds can be obtained if the class is cancelled within 30 days prior to the class start date. If a person cannot attend the selected class and must cancel after the 30 day cancellation date, the class payment can be applied to another class that is in the same time category (2 day, 3 day, 5 day).

Payment for our consulting services must be paid within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. If paid within 10 days of receipt of the invoice a 2% discount can be applied to the consulting part of the invoice (not to expenses). If payment is not received within 30 days, or if a customer has different Corporate payment terms, (over 30 days) the cost of services will be higher to cover operational costs by Engelhardt & Associates, Inc.

While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our services,classes and products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please contact us at 1-262-227-2341 to contact a representative. We will not refund items that do not have return permission from our Customer Service Department, so please call prior to shipping your items back to us.

We prefer that customers pay for merchandise and services via Direct Deposit, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. For customers who prefer to mail us their payment, we accept checks and must be sent to Engelhardt & Associates, Inc., 3200 S. Stonegate Circle, Unit 204, PO Box 50184, New Berlin, WI 53151

How to report Damaged Goods

Please inspect all packages for damage before accepting the shipment. Do not accept delivery of the product if you know the product is damaged. If you receive any goods that have concealed damaged in shipping please contact us at 1-262-227-2341. Please have your order number and contact information when calling. Please note, you must save the carton for the Shippers inspection.
